Hey everyone, the other day I was driving to work, and my clutch pedal got stuck to the floor, and I was stuck in first gear. My clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel are new, just got them in November. My mechanic sent me a picture of the pressure plate and it’s bent like crazy. What could have caused this? User error or could it have been defective?

You'd be amazed how many clutch kits for this car are actually LUK's repackaged with fancier advertising and/or packaging to charge more money.

I might have been amazed last year; since I did my shopping last month for the clutch I saw exactly what you've suggested, namely, nine out of ten clutch kits were LuK clutches, just a different brand and a higher price (sometimes MUCH higher).
