2006 TL 3.2 V6 Thermostat Replacement Questions?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and trying to figure out my way around the site... I have a '06 TL with a 3.2 V6 and I'm changing out a leaky radiator, hoses and thermostat. I have a few questions about the Thermostat replacement:
1 - Any tips to remove the wiring harness that is obstructing the lower thermostat bolt?
2 - Does anyone have the torque specs on the thermostat bolts?
3 - does this V6 have a bleeder screw?

Thanks. I posted this message in 2G sub forum and thought it might be better to post it here.

there is a bleeder screw/bolt on the rear of the engine by where the oil filter is.

I found that bolt and elected not to drain it. I had to get the car back on the road. but I changed out the Radiator, hoses(upper/lower), thermostat. I may drain the fluid again in a month and refill.

Seems like you redid a good bit of the cooling system, any reason you are replacing the coolant again? The drain on the block isn't necessary to do! Did you burp the system of air?
