2006 Acura TL in idle, A/C heater blows cold, but when driving its HOT

Wondering if anyone could assist with this problem I have with my 2006 Acura TL: When car is in idle, A/C heater blows cold, but when driving its HOT as normal. What may cause this?

Car does not overheat (so didn't bother changing the thermostat)
A/C blows cold, so it works fine (just the A/C heat that don't work normal)
Did a coolant flush
Put in a new Heater Control Valve (noticed corrosion in the previous valve)

Thanks.

I've seen a weak clutch coil act like this on a few honda/acuras.

How's your coolant level? Any coolant leaks? Did this problem begin before or after the coolant flush?

Did you have the heater on when you flushed the coolant? If not, there may be air trapped in there.

Where is the clutch coil located?

The problem happened before, and the coolant level was a bit low, nothing serious due to the Heater Control Valve.

I did have heater before I did the flush but have the same problem.

You all think I should go ahead and change the thermostat?

The ac clutch coil is on the belt end of the ac compressor. The clutch consists of the hub (pulley), the plate, which is splined to the compressor shaft, and a magnetic coil which pulls the plate into the hub to engage it. The coil can become weak over time, and not have enough strength to pull the plate in. They typically act up after they heat up. You can't see the coil as it's inside the pulley, and behind the plate. The plate is the outermost piece of the clutch. It's the part that you see spin when the compressor engages, but stays still when it's off.
