few months ago jumped my car and the horn fuse blew. Now every time I hit the horn the horn doesn't blow and the fuse blows out. It stops the car from driving since the tail lights are on the same fuse. Any ideas on what could be wrong with it? Been reading there may be a short in the horn. Is there anything I should check before trying to get into where the horn is to see if it's bad
