2006 Acura TL 3 rack o pionions and 3 pumps still no luck?

Hello, New to the forum world but i need help BAD! we have a 2006 Acura TL (automatic) we have gone thru 3 PS pumps and 3 Rac's.... Honda fluid, cleaned out lines, all three times. Car will be ok for a few weeks and problem comes back. customer says they will be driving and hear a pop sound and that's when the power steering goes.. Are we missing something? Power Steering system is not a very complicated system but can't figure this one out?

Need more details.
Pop sound and which component of the steering fails?
Usually the pump will leak and/or make a noise.
The rack usually just leaks out.

Check all metal lines to be certain they aren't bent/kinked. Some are long, the return line runs to the front
of the car and there is a large loop connected with a small piece of rubber tubing, so look closely.
There are pressure tests that can be taken, but probably would require specialized equipment and can't
believe with different pumps/racks that have been installed there would be a pressure problem related to
one of those parts.
Just an FYI if anyone is thinking of the pressure switch-only used to correct engine speed, not to correct the
line pressures, and on some cars the cel would light when the switch goes south.
