2006 Acura TL 3.2L A
My TL started to sputter a bit for the past week while turning the keys over so i assumed it was just the battery getting close to dying, however this morning it finally gave out and my roommate gave me a jump and the car turned on as we left it to charge for a few minutes. After we disconnected the cables i tried to turn the car off and back on however it wouldn't start again. so we charged for a few more minutes and the car turned back on (Thank God i thought) and then i got ready to go to work however the throttle of the car kept "shaking" or would drop repeatedly as i was pulling the car out of my parking spot. I could feel it in the gas pedal that the car was about to shut off again, so i left the car and hopped in an UBER to work. Do you guys/ladies think its my alternator or my battery and what should i do next, i need to have my car to be able to get to and from work i thought it was a battery until the throttle kept being inconsistent while the car was on.

If the battery is not holding any charge, the electrical system will not be stable and cause all kinds of odd issues. This car isn't like older cars that once running you can remove the battery. When my terminal clamp broke, my car was all sorts of wonky since it wasn't making good contact all the time. Barely idled. Cut out when going over bumps.
