Hey Everyone New on the Forum,

I have a 05 TL headlight that has been out for a few weeks, then all of a sudden it started working again for a few hours. When I got home I turned off the car and quickly turned it on again to see if it would come on and it did not. I am not sure if this is the Ignitor or Ballast or both. I ordered new bulbs and swapped them both and nothing from the passenger side. Any ideas on what I should do?

 

troubleshoot by swapping the bad components one by one to the other side.
swap ballast to the good side. if problem follows ballast, then ballast is culprit
