2005 Acura TL - Window Regulator/Electrical Issue (ARRRRRRRRGGGGG)

My son recently purchased a 2005 Acura TL. Shortly after purchasing the passenger side power window went down and stayed down. I go a new regulator/motor assembly, enticed the old one out and put the new one in. Put the door panel back and and presto the window went up. Well it decided to stay up. I got a replacement, replacement assembly, installed it and it is doing not a dang thing, not going up and not going down. The track is fine and all fuses test 12V.

I really want to work on this as a father and son team. Does anyone here have a recommended course of action that I should follow?

Thanks in advance.

Check the window relay at the driver side under dash fuse box.

Should have added "for" following checking.

Thanks

To see if it's defective.

Swap it out with another. Maybe swap it with the one next to it if its the same.

Try the window.

Next (dumb) question. I am 6'4" and getting under the drivers side console is a challenge (on the floor board area) and I do not have a diagram that shows me where this relay is located. The fuse box area on the drivers side just show the fuse box, the rest is covered by a panel. Do I need to remove this panel to find the relay? Sorry for the all the questions. I have never seen a car with so many panels.

Thanks

Yes, do whatever is necessary to get to the relay.

The relay panel is part of the fuse box. Specifically, the bottom half is where the fuses are so, once you find the fuse box, you've found the relay.

Reference the owners manual for the location of the driver side fuse box.
