So one of my TL's the : 2005 6-spd Man, Brembo, Navi just started having problems with the Navi.

It will keep going back and forth from the : Enter Code Screen - to the - Main " Acura Navigation Start car screen " .

If you try to enter a code when it switches to code screen you can get 1 number then it freezes and switches screen to " Acura Navigation " , about 5 seconds later switches to Code screen. This goes on and on and on.

Any ideas ?
Is the Navi unit shot ?

sounds like the navi drive is broken. You can send it to alpine and they will repair the drive for around $200. If you google alpine navi dvd drive acurazine you'll find a ton of results.

It sounds like the power to the navi is shutting off.
Check the battery condition and connections first to make sure those aren't the source of the problem.
