2004 TL crunch sound when steering
Hello,
I recently noticed that on cold mornings during the first few miles of driving, I hear a "crunch sound" coming from the undercarriage when steering at low speed. The problem seems to go away after the car warms up. The car has about 55k on it.
Any ideas ? Thank you

It is most likely the constant velocity joints at the end of the axles behind the tires. They are a boot filled with grease so if it's cold they are not gonna be lubricated until it warms up. Pretty normal. If your worried they are torn just jack the car up and look for rips in the rubber boot. Use your fingers to look to.
