My 04 TL CD player (no navi) stopped working. There is no error code at start up or when I try to play the unit. Will not eject or load. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this? All other systems on the radio and electronics in the auto are working fine.

Your cd changer mechanism has broken. You will probably need a new radio. I would go to the dealer and ask if they can good-will it since the car is only 4 years old....
