Red face 2004 acura tl timing belt

Hey,
I just picked up a 2004 TL from my boss and i had someone replace my light HID's and i guess they moved the power steering reservoir to get to the bulb and didn't put it back. i just found out that the reservoir was rubbing against the pully and the belt now the power steering fluid is leaking. does anyone know how i shud have this done?

Wait- was the power steering hose recall already performed on the car?
If not, have it performed to see if the old hose is the cause of the leak first.

If the recall was done, is the O-ring orange instead of black? If the O-ring is black, that means it should have been changed during the recall-- some members had leakage from service techs' failures to replace the O-rings during the recall.

The same thing happened to me two weeks ago...powersteering fluid was all over. I had the dealer do the ps recall back in november or october, and told them that, they replaced it on the spot no questions asked for free. So go find out if the recall was done!

good look on the info! i'll find out if was replaced or not. but the tank is worn out where the belt was touching it and the tread on the belt is a little sticky. you think i should have it replaced?
