2004 Acura tl 6spd man tranny problem please help

I have a 2004 Acura tl 6spd manual and well there seems
to be some sort of weird ticking sound everytime I accelerate
or when I down shift, it sounds sort of like when you run a pen
or pencil through a can with ridges or also like trrrrr (roll your young
on the r's and you'll understand lol) well yeah does anyone know
what can be the problem? N it's loudest during first and second gear or
when I down shift n I'm reving high n only when it's moving,
never does it whole I'm reving and it's on neutral
thanks for your help.... DaveyTL04!

A sound like that would make me think its a rod bearing in the block or a counter shaft bearing or throw out bearing in the tranny. You should also check to see if the axles didnt pop out of the tranny, causing the splines to slip and cause the noise. I could be way off on this so I hope someone with more knowledge of these cars could help.
