Hello.

Question. Im having an issue with my wife's headlights. The drivers side seemed to be a different color than the passenger side. I replaced the passengers side headlight, and it worked for a short time but noticed the night it was not working. It looked as though it was attempting to come on but would not. The drivers side works but did not look as bright.

Any ideas what is going on? Do I need to work on both headlights........if so, what needs replaced? Im hearing ignitor? and ballast?

2000 or 2004+? If 2000, wrong forums. I am not sure that the 2000 has HID's but if it does, it sound like a bad balast. If the 2000 TL's don't have HID's then check the igniter and the wires for shorts, cuts and corrision.
