2 dents =(
Hey,
I bought my car with two dents on the trunk lid.
I asked if my Acura dealer could do PDR on it but they said no because it's on a bodyline.
Two dents on left of trunk:
I went to a body shop and they said they have to remove the trunk from the car, take off ALL the emblems, fill in the dents and paint the trunk.
Worst of all I have to leave the car there overnight which is bad because I live 2 hours away from this body shop.
They quoted ~$250 CAD, does that sound good?
I'm also wondering if I can find a person really good at PDR to pop them back out.
Thanks!

PDR is not really that cheap. I had a large dent removed on my last car and it cost me 125 and was fairly easy for the guy to fix. 250 seems like a fair price, but you could probably take the bumper and emblems off your self to save some money. I say go with the body shop.

I doubt PDR will help you out in your case. That is a really tough spot for pdr cause it's right on the bend. Even if it was possible for pdr (which i highly doubt) it would cost you just the same and likely more to get it worked out. That is a very decent price for a body shop to do to fill and paint. Notice they won't even pull it out? vause you can't pull it out you can only fill those type of dents. So in your situation I would suggest take a couple of your boyz and take a road trip and hang out in that city for that day and night when you will get it done and then pick it up the next day after you've got up and had your taste of a hangover lol. Or take the damn truck cover yourself and drop it off and still hangout with your boyz. That is a deal to get it fix and painted for that price! With that price to get it filled and painted for that price I think "wow is the shop even a reputable shop" lol. If so do it. In the end you'll be confident in driving your ride again.
