1 week old car (a-spec kit problems)

I've had the car for 6 days now and I so far I've had a number of cosmetic issues. Mostly I've not been very satisfied with my A-Spec kit install. Today I noticed my trunk lip spoiler was lifting in the centre about 3/8 inch. Is there supposed to be screws holding that thing on cause it looks like its JUST two-way tape??

My other concerns are the front bumper spoiler and the rear bumper spoiler. Both of which have gaps along the top edges where they do not meet flush with the car and it just seems like their two-way tape is failing allll over. (I will post pics later).

The upper piece of the front grill (attached to the hood) had lifted toward the right side, almost looks like something lifting it from underneath, but they're replacing that soon.

There are two studs going into the trunk. The instructions for the kit tell you to check the nuts for tightness regularly, so it sounds like they might be loose. If not, the tape is a good idea, but a better idea is to let the dealer fix it, along with the other problems, since it is fully warranteed. At least it sounds like you said the dealer installed all of these, so it should be his problem, not yours.

down south the only problems we see is the tape not adhering well, due to very high humidity. to me it sounds as if your problem might be caused by the paint not being cleaned well enough. we sometimes use winsheild/ weather strip adhesive in addition to the 3m tape and the 2 bolts securing the spoiler to the trunk, after cleaning the trunk VERY good.
