08 TL-S 5AT tranny problem HELP!!

When I accelerate hard in first in auto mode (not tip) my car redlines like 3 times before changing into 2nd gear!!! It happens all the time not a one time thing.

Also when accelerating onto the highway it even got stuck in 2nd gear and would not go into 3rd even when I slapped it into tip mode. I had to pull over quick and stop then it was fine again.

WTF !!! my car on has 25,000 miles ..

Take it to the dealer.. you're under warranty so don't worry about it.
