08 TL "double" clicking noise.

I posted a while back about a clicking noise heard during acceleration from a stop. Now here months later, the noise occurs both when stopping and accelerating. I know first thing everyone says is it is the brake pads, I can assure you it is not. I hear the noise most predominantly when pulling into my driveway as the front wheels hit the curb. I can also replicate the sound by braking hard at a rolling idle speed the car only needs to move a foot or so with a hard brake and "click, click". The double click is also audible from a dead stop upon acceleration. Now here is where it gets really odd... We all know about the noisy center console shift lock solenoid that clicks just after takeoff and just before a complete stop, well anytime I brake to a complete stop and here the center console click... the instant I remove my foot from the brake I hear the click, but this phenomenon does not occur all the time. This clicking noise is coming somewhere from the central part of the engine bay and is not brake related cause I can downshift to almost a complete stop and accelerate and still hear the noise. I am fairly certain that whatever is causing this noise is related to front to back weight transfer in the front suspension. My thoughts on just what this could be range all over the place, struts, sway bar links, axles, engine mounts, etc. All I know is that the sound is consistent and is only there at low speeds. I have even heard that the axle nuts can cause a noise. I will try to get a video posted soon as soon as I can so that you all can get a better idea of what i'm talking about.
