'07 TLS Arm Rest seems loose

Has anyone experienced this as well? The arm rest seems to dip down when it is extended, it doesn't feel comfortable placing my arm on it. Also, the foam on the arm rest is running low apparently, is there a way to fix this as well? Or should I just look for a replacement?

Lots of people here have taken the cover off and placed new foam underneath (very cheap repair)- if you replace with a new one, it'll eventually have the same issue- I replaced my skin and foam of the armrest with a new one from Redline Goods.

As for the looseness- it easily can be tightened- just open it up (the center hatch and look underneath the rest) and look at it- it's just a bunch of screws that likely need tightening.
