Hi is there anyone out there whos having this problem, When I signal to turn my steering wheel and turn either direction, my steering wheel column makes a repetitive clicking noise. i know normally its supposed to click once or twice quitely to return the turn signal to normal middle position, but on my Type S it clicks constanly and its annoying. I took it to my Dealer here in San Antonio, but they say its normal on that model and year, but i think there BSing cuz my 08 base TL did not make that sound, or the 08 and 09 loaner they gave me before to drive didnt make those clicking noises.. Can anyone with a Type S confirm and check on this for me, thanks.

 

i did a couple turns when i was on my way home and it clicks every few seconds as you're turning the wheel. i only did a couple turns but i'll keep doing it to see

 

yup i had the same problem on my 05.. when i turn the wheel either way there was too much clicking.also when i was parking and turning my wheel all the way to the left or all the way to the right it made a clunck sound..i took it to the acura dealer in manhattan..car was still under warranty they fixed it.. 2000 worth or work...i suggest u take it to a different shop.

 

thanks for the info, imma wait awhile and take it back, got 20k warranty remaining, so imma tell them its getting louder and more frequent..
