i was told i need motor mounts by the dealer but they want 285 for 2 mounts and then 524 for labor.

Do you guys have any recommendations where i could get a whole set (3 motor mounts) including the 2 transmission mounts at a better price? i looked on ebay but im almost positive the quality will be terrible on there and im not too sure on which brands are of good quality.

Im not handy with cars, but i have a mechanic who is going to do the labor.

 

I do see OEM style mounts for $125 for the set of three on ebay, or various other brands on Rockauto for ~$40's of the front and rear (each) and $30 for the side.

You might think about going aftermarket ... XLR8 makes a nice replacement although there is a bit more vibration with the rear mount over OEM. If you didn't want the added vibration you could also go with the XLR8 front and side and do an OEM rear mount. You don't have to be very mechanically inclined to the the front and side, which I'm guessing are the ones the dealer is wanting to replace. My front and sides were shredded while the rear looked fine.

Probably want to check with your mechanic that he's willing to use parts you supply ... some shops won't.
