Had a disc error, sent the drive to alpine. now it says "navi unit door is open or disc not installed" the disc was difficult to insert and I cannot hear it spinning. Anyone ever had this problem? Is the drive not fixed correctly? Please help!

 

most likely a bad repair. they have a warranty, should fix it again for free.
