is it more noticeable when you are turning the wheel?
if not, sounds like a belt to me.
how many miles on it? see any fluid leaking anywhere on the left side?

It's the pulley squealing. There is a technical service bulletin on it. Just take it into the Acura dealer and it should be covered. Mine would do this after a heavy rain as well. It is the bearings in the accessory drive pulley.

If it is not the pulley/belt issue, It ould be the power steering pump o-ring. thats a cheap fix.

hi , all,
Not sure what happened but the squeeching sound got fixed when i drove more than 10 miles.
Today morning again it started but after driving 5 miles the sound stopped and running smooth.
Should i leave it
its raining for 3 days straight and that might have triggered the problem.
Please advise!

If its not consistent it's probably not your power steering pump, sounds like you just need to replace the belt. If there is excess moisture on it it can squeal more but if its doing it on startup its only a matter of time till it has to be done so save your self the embarrasment of driving around squealing all the time and do it now.

my guess is the power steering pump "O" ring, mine was doing it as well but only when it was cold out and reason is because the fluid was thick on a cold morning. if i left the car to warm up or drove for 5 minutes it would go away! but its a really check fix! ..

OP - my 07 TL had a high pitched sound (like crickets chirping constantly) from the passengers side engine compartment, usually on cold morning startups (or cold damp morning startups). It would usually subside when the engine warmed up after a few miles drive.
There are 2 technical service bulletins out there, one about an idler pulley located in the timing belt area and the other about a a/c pulley bracket where the serpentine (drive) belt is.
My issue turned out to be the a/c pulley bracket where the serpentine belt is. The issue was that the bolts and bracket would loosen up over time and make a chirping/squealing noise until the engine warmed up. The fix was to replace the bolts that hold the bracket with longer bolts and tighten to specs. This was done at the dealer, covered under the bumper warranty.
If you still have cpo coverage, then dealer should fix. Also, if they find belt is worn or cracked, they would replace under cpo coverage as well.
