'06 TL Memory Seats Not Working

I got the car about a year and a half ago. It's a 2006 TL 6-speed non-navigation model. Everything in the entire car has worked since day 1 except the memory seats and the driver's side mirror actuators. I have tried everything I can think of to get them to work.

-Checked #20 fuse inside interior fuse box (it was fine)
-Replaced BOTH side mirror actuators (left and right)

All of the common symptoms such as no green light on the rear view mirror and washer jets are not present. The right mirror actuator is working perfectly, but the left one is not working at all. I just replaced them both today. The driver's side mirror motor never worked but the passenger side one was clunky and jerky. The new actuator fixed the smoothness of the passenger one, but the driver one still won't move at all and the memory seats still won't work.

The strange part is that the #2 memory seat button does light up when the headlights are on. However, the buttons do not work and the mirror does not work. I have done about all of the research and troubleshooting that I can think to do myself, and I really don't know what else to try.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Problem solved! Decided to take off the driver's door panel and take a look inside just for kicks, and the side mirror wiring harness was completely unplugged. Must have been the lovely folks at the local AAMCO when they replaced the window motor in that door right before I got the car.

I'm glad you were able to finally get it figured out after a year and a half. And now you have spare actuators that you can swap when necessary. Also, thanks for updating the thread with the solution. A lot of threads get left without any resolution.

Well the actuators were definitely bad and needed to be replaced regardless, so I guess I got 2 birds with 1 stone.
