hey guys...so i dropped my TL off at heart acura in wapp. falls NY yesterday...i had an apointment for the 16th which was the soonest they can squize me in for that prob. but the clutch was slipping too much so i played it slick n called em up on wed. and asked if i can get my oil changed on friday, so they said that would be possible. so while i was there i asked if one f the the techs can go for a ride with me and see what thye needed for the 16th so it would be easier on them..so they agree'd. and older guy came with me..i latered learned from him he been there since the 1st day heart was there and he knew my buddy the ex-service manager.. he noticed how bad my clutch was slipping. so then i mentioned that there was wierd noise as i came off the clutch while shifting down...as i came off the clutch while it was in gear coming to a stop it would make a grinding noise..so he said it was my trans as well...so once i got back the service manager came out and asked if i knew peter M****. so i replied yes..he then asked if i bought the car at heart so i told him no, i bought it at curry but fallowed it up with the fact that my 04 was purchased there and my parents cars as well....now the car has had previose probs. so he asked me what curry did when i tooked to them for service...i stated that the first time, they had to torque my axles down. the second time they told me both axles were siezed and replaced them both. the third time they told me the axled had to be torque down again and the the cross member needed to be torqued down again. thats when the clutch started slipping. so then john the service manager told me..listen call peter n tell him i took care of you..we ordered you a trans and clutch. so they gave me an 06 TSX pearl white with navi to drive around.

 

Why so many problems with an 06??

 

idk..this car has giving me nothing but problems..i think its a lemon i jus dont have the requirments or the disire to put it under the lemon law

 

Yea it sounds like it man, Im not going to assume you drive like a maniac but thats I mean you really have to try real hard to have those types of problems on a less than 1 year old vehicle, mind you an Acura. I think you have enough requirements, to me it sounds like the car is at Acura more than it is in your possesion. I hope its a lease and not a purchase...
