'06 MT TL clutch issues
Hey, so my car will not go to into gear when it's on, my fluid level was low so I filled that up and it still won't go in gear, it'll go in gear when the car is off but when I try to start the car when it's in first gear it won't turn on, and now my car won't even turn over at all. Is my clutch blown?
Up until the "won't even turn over at all" part you seemed to have a problem with the hydraulics that move the clutch. So either a clutch master or slave cylinder would be my guess. Those are usually at the root of "too much clutch".
So how low was the clutch fluid? Low enough that some air got in there? BTW - It would be very abnormal for it to get low like that. That would indicate a leak.
And, have to check... you know the clutch in this car has a separate reservoir and is not shared with the brake reservoir (as some cars do).

What Adobeman said. You have a master cylinder with a reservoir that is interconnected to your clutch pedal and slave cylinder.
Filling up and adding fluid won't remedy any hydraulic situation, only bandaid - these are closed systems. The moment air gets in, you need to understand why because the system cannot deliver the pressure to actuate the clutch.
Your car not turning over in gear most likely is because the self-adjusting pressure plate is stuck or your clutch is merely engaged...
You should lift your car up and see if your slave cylinder is leaking. While its up, make sure both wheels are lifted and throw the car in reverse gear (closest gear ratio to the engine) and block the rear wheels. Have a buddy try to crank the engine and see if your wheels turn at all.
If that doesn't work, you might also have an issue with the clutch engagement switch that senses if your clutch pedal is in.
