I have a stock 05 TL, daily driver. The paint on the front and rear bumper is spidering and in some areas beginning to flake off. My guess is the car's bumpers were painted once before and not prepped correctly. Does anyone have a ball park figure on what it would cost to have both bumpers done?

 

Body shops vary tremendously in cost and quality. You are probably better off shopping around locally versus on this forum to get an accurate assessment.

 

I'd say $400-$500 for front and rear resprays.

 

I paid $350 for my rear bumper. Other body shops might charge $500. Good luck.

front and rear? $400 to $1k. might be better off just buying new OEM bumpers (they come primed) and take them to a shop to get them painted. if you do the install yourself you can save a little bit of $$$.

it all depends on the shop and the area you live in.

front bumper respray over $400 while the rear respray is over $600 (these are at reputable shops in my area).
