05 TL not starting

I replaced battery, terminals and I think I’ve narrowed it down to the fuse box. Don’t know where to go from here. The left half of the fuse box has power and the right half (with a majority of the fuses) has no power. No dashboard or interior lights inside turn on. The only thing that turns on is the brake and hazard lights, and the horn works.

Fine print: the car hasn’t been turned on in a year

any suggestions?.

Does the car click at all? How does the main fuse look like? Sometimes jumping the car incorrectly will blow the main fuse.

There are two fuse boxes that should be checked-- one under the hood in the engine compartment, and the other in the kick panel to the left of the driver's left knee.

there is no click or sound at all coming from the car. The picture below shows the fuses that aren’t working underneath the hood. I haven’t checked Therese box at the kick panel. Also, which main fuse are you talking about and where can I locate it?

Try replacing the + battery cable. At this age it may be corroded internally where you can't see it and not be able to carry enough juice to start the car.

I had to replace mine last year when I had a similar problem.
