You mean the two push compartments.. no.. there's no light or drain source there. Go to an auto parts store like Auto Zone and have them check your charging system and make sure that your alternator is okay and supplying sufficient charge to the battery. Also make sure your terminal connections are secure and clean any oxidation / sulfates on the terminals. Take a drive on the new battery to make sure it holds a good charge and see if the problem occurs again. The OE battery is notorious for dying after simple low drain uses like using radio for a few minutes / rolling up windows / changing seat position while the engine is off.

Also.. when you say died.. you mean you try to turn it over and it just goes *click *click.. or does the engine attempt to turn over but doesn't??

Make sure your battery terminals are not loose. Just lightly jiggle it and see if it moves. It should not move.

The Acura technician that replaced my battery (under warantee) didnt tighten it properly and it did same thing. The loose connection only carries enough current to turn on the accessories but not to start the car.
