05 alignment suspension warranty issue

Hello people! I would like to hear some comments from you guys regarding my 05 TL auto.

Currently at around 48000 miles, and warranty will expire on March 09.
I bought my car at dealership "A" and had all my service done at this dealership A. One day (long time ago, years) i decided to have my alignment fixed, so went in and ask, they told me they don;t have those machine to do alignment, referred me to another dealership "B"(closer to me, only 3 miles) or other local store around the town.
I had an accident 1 year ago, got rear ended, replaced the whole bumper, and the body shop had the alignment done for free, i was thinking good, i saved $95.00 that's what dealership B want.
However just after a few weeks, alignment went off again and paid $95 and went to dealership B to have it fixed, yes they fixed it, but just a few days later, i noticed a problem again, the technician actually said there may be a bent on the rear left upper arm.... and now both dealership said since i did not inform them the suspension component's problem prior to the accident, they really can't help me. So depressed...

Now i have to constantly turn 2-3 degrees right to compensate for the alignment issue, otherwise the car will steer left automatically.

A couple question:
1) isn't it dealership need to have those alignment machine?
2) Is the suspension component covered under the 4years/ 50K warranty?

Thanks guys

the component would not be covered under warranty, but it should be covered under insurance due to the rear-end collision. Also here's a tip to save money, go to a fire-stone and they offer lifetime alignments for 150 dollars.

go back to the BODY SHOP!!!!! they are responsible since they inspected and repaired your car after a crash, and really screwed on this one
Probably claimed they straightened the frame too~
Many will charge for work they never do, and if the customer comes back and complains, they either fix what they were already paid for, or they call the insurance and say futher damage was found.

A good shop doesnt miss that kind of thing- suspension parts and alignment, and frame alignment are all supposed to be checked in a major collission

When it had a problem after the body shop- thats where it should go back to!
Not pay someone else to do it!, who doesnt know its been in an accident,
so they would attempt to set it correctly and find the arm bent
The tech spent a lot of time getting the machine attached to the wheels and readings taken, and advisd you of a real problem- you owe them for that time!-they are not the ones who fixed the car after the crash
thats how life works

Warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship of a part only-
not your abilty to take it from its original form~
