04 TL steering issue or alignment

Hey Guys,

I just recently got my 04 TL with 15000 miles on it, love the car. Ever since I have had the car it always pulled to the left when I kept the steering wheel straight, I thought it was an alignment issue took it to he dealer they did an alignment and it did not help. I took it back and they did an alignment again claiming it was probably not done right. Now the car pulls to the right and I have to keep the steering turned about 15degrees to the left for it to go staright. I talked to the dealer about this and he said it is probably a tire rotating issue or a tire alignment which they will look into. I have never heard of a tire alignment, or is it a steering issue, where the steering was not put in right form the getgo. Thanks for help into this, I just don't want the dealer to be giving me the run around. So far they have been pretty good to take care of things but it just seems wierd how the car never goes staright when the steering wheel is centered. Also this is when I am just coasting without hitting the gas, which takes the torque steer out of the question.

Thanks,
Jake.

HOw is that after the first alignment the the car pulled left when the steering wheel was centered and pulled right after the second alignment. Wonder how the rotation wud make a difference.
