Ok so I bought the car not to long ago I only had the left fog light working and the driver side headlight working...so the headlight blub started flickering and shuts of on its own so just for now I got some cheap hids...for like 20 bucks just to get the headlight to work...so when I turn on my lights the left light came on but not the right side so I turn off the lights and turned them back on and the right side came on but not the left side turned back of and back on then left side came on but not the right side so did it like 5 times both Finley worked but when I turn them off I have to wait like 15-20 seconds to turn them back one and the its left or right anyone ?

Sounds like your ballasts may be going.

 

Its gonna suck if both ballasts are going out

 

You paid 20 bucks for ballasts what did you expect!?

i suggest you go buy some quality ballasts and bulbs for both sides so that you don't have to worry about them anymore
