'04 TL 130k 6MT - Hesitation during Acceleration

04 TL w/ 6MT 130k miles.

It's well maintained, had the timing belt/pump done at 90k. I did the clutch/fw/pp at 110k. I use all amsoil lubricants and change them frequently.

AEM cold air intake, thermal throttle and manifold spacers.

I always run 93 octane. In the last 5 months I've noticed under 1/4 throttle or less it will buck a bit and hesitate, kind of choke. Under 1/2 throttle to max is runs flawless.

I've replace all 6 plugs and coils and that did nothing. What else should I start cleaning/replacing? Injectors? Do any of the airflow sensors tend to go bad? Throttle sensors etc? Tear the whole manifold apart and clean everything? There are no codes or anything so I just need some guidance on where to start.

Thanks

check your cats. With 12 years already on them they might be showing their age

I'll check on the cats. I never use cruise control but I'll check it out. Today it was 95° F outside and the car didn't hesitate at all. Yesterday it was 80°ish and it was hesitating a ton at low rpm, minimum throttle.

Maybe a valve adjustment? My car never threw codes but around 102k miles at idle my RPM would drop under 500, and then die. I thought I was stalling at first but then when I carefully paid attention to when my foot was on the clutch, there was no way it could be me stalling.
