Codes
To fix some of the codes there's a sensor behind the driver side tire that u can change and it does help the car from going into nuetral, and I took out the transmission filter, but still the problem occurs just not as much, it's really frustrating because my car was shifting great without no problem and I'll listen to it just happen out of nowhere started going into neutral while I'm driving

I did it said the battery was bad but never had a issue wit it starting and i swapped it with the 05 battery witch is new and not a difference with shifting. And i took every thing apart and cleaned all the solenoids

[QUOTE=19Ralph93;16470961]I just did a 3x3x3 with a transmission filter change On the 04 waiting for my pressure switches. I did change them on the 05 and it still goes into nuetral randomly or on slopes. The 04 will not even let me switch it to manual let alone let me drive once it warms what's the part number of that sensor located under their Tire/QUOTE]

If the battery code is still there after you cleared them, then you probably have a ground issue or B+ is not getting to some systems.

B+ is a solenoid right? I here a whining noise when I switch to park or neutral from under the hood.

[QUOTE=Christina Hernandez;16471251]I put some Lucas transmission fix stop slip in my 05 and i change the transmission oil today so far no neutral issues. But i only drove it for 10 minutes went through every gear fine I put it in manual is shift when I shift it. But if you can DM me so we can FaceTime so we find the black box. Im on sc and fb also if thats better

Clean the terminal still not at I'm both sides I think I might just order some solenoids because I already flushed it three times already change the transmission filter I already cleaned the battery already swap my battery with my new a battery and still no change. I can post a video on YouTube if that helps describe the issue as far as what it's doing

If you are still getting the battery codes after you swapped with a good battery and cleared the codes, then that probably means you either have a bad ground and/or battery voltage is not getting to some electronics on your car. You will need to check all your power and grounds are good.
You also have a PCM/ECM code (83-1), which is something you should look at first. The transmission is controled by the PCM so if it's not commanding the shift solenoids on or off then it will cause the transmission to act up.
Transmissions are not easy.
I took a look at the 2004 TL service manual, and it doesn't seem very helpful for your symptoms:
