Looking good man! Get a Dremel or wire brush to get the rust off of the calipers

Also, i think if you sprayed the caliper black it would look 10x better!!
rust isnt a very pretty color...

Im really wanting to paint them black but i am going to wait until spring/summer. I also have an issue with my rear driver side caliper, I think the piston is seized. so that will need to be replaced. I may go out and just buy all new calipers for all 4 wheels. I want this car to last me a long time.

it would be a waste of money if you replaced ALL 4 calipers.
just replace the side that is sticking, and upon further inspection it might not even be sticking just the sliders getting stuck.

ya id like to get the brembos up front but I dont feel like spending that much money on something that is strictly looks. my brakes work fine other than that rear one that only rubs the top half of the rotor. id rather have a j pipe or aspec kit

the automatic calipers actually stop shorter than the brembo counter parts.
this is because BBKs are mainly for brake fade and not stopping distances!

Hendricks County huh? I saw your post in my midwest thread. If you end up needing any body work or paint I have your guy. Dude does sick work (Indy cars, F1 stuff) and regular for very good prices. Look up Paint by Jason on facebook. He is out near Stilesville. I'm dropping mine off to have him refinish my factory rims for me due to a locked up brake caliper.

BTW Camby/Mooresville area here.

I need to get a couple. After it gets back from getting the wheels done I will post some. Nothing special right now just a NHB with 20% tint all the way around. I need to start a progress thread just been lazy.

^^lose the plastic thing in the rear wheel for your cassette. useless weight. and go get that thing dirty. it's too clean for MTB.

Going tomorrow! It's been up and down on temps. The trails have been too soggy to ride.

your TL is going to handle like crap with the bike and the rack hanging off the back. just FYI. have fun and be safe riding!

I see quite a few TL in the city...but maybe only 3-4 that have been modded in some way. Maybe just 1 or 2 of those were done tastefully.

^^nah, not suggesting anything...i'm just letting him know. you can't drive the car like you stole it with the hitch rack. my car still looks too damn naked without the roof rack.

It actually rides no different with it on. It doesn't make any noises at all I was surprised. I like it and i take it off when I get home. It's not something I'm gonna leave on all the time.

This is just how they come as a unit. You can't swap out the LEDs inside it unless u took the lense off. They light up red like before. Now I want to get the type s tails.

Gotcha, ya I wanted the rears to match the front and keep it looking factory. These have the same lense as the front so they match the best and other than OEM type s side markers but mine only cost $60

Looking good so far.

Debadge that sucka. Free mod.

And if you have an ipod look into ipod integration of some sort.

Also for those nice weather days look into the KP technologies window roll up module. Another cheapish mod that is nice in spring/fall.

Looks good.

The KP Technology module is a $59 mod that allows you to roll your windows back up from your key FOB.
