dude-wheres your licence plate plugs?

 

yeah... BS right? when i pulled off the plate, i noticed that. Looked in the glove compartment, trunk, everywhere for them.. called my dealer, and they're like "yeah.. we thew those away... who wants those???" I was like "uh.. ME!".. they started going into how it was illegal to not have a front plate.. i'm like, don't throw away ANYTHING that is supposed to be on that car, that i paid $35K for....

long story short, they will "save" some for me to pick up...

 

Yeah I just took off the Front license plate on mine too and those plugs were missing as well. Told the dealership and they said that they'll save the next ones that come in that matches my color.

 

if you were really cool youd take the lisence plugs, tow hook cover and fuel door from a red TL

 

Nice photo. Please scrape that decal off the windshield so that I can use it as my desktop wallpaper.

I told the dealer to not bother installing the front license plate because I was going to take it off anyways. The salesguy said they had to, to pass the inspection and I agreed to let them. When I went to pick up my TL, I asked for the plugs and they couldn't find them. They asked if they were really that important. I told them it was and they ended up taking some off of another TL. The plate was off that night when I got home !
