in the last pic of the tl, look how the color differs from front door to rear door to rear bumper. The colors start to fade. Also in the first few pics, it would take alot of skill to get the reflecton of the other car, and also add the reflection of the other tl's rims on the bumper

This has to be for some commercial reason that is unfinished. It has to be for a company that uses yellow in their logo mainly or something.....you are likely to see it later with a huge sponsor advertisement across it soon or something....that is the only reason I can think one would do something like that...? Merry maids or something??

Man, only in the Bay Area. I went to school at Berkeley, and can't tell you how many cars people turned to shit like that one. Bad Taste!!! Some people should be denied the right to drive a car like a TL if they are going to crap it out like that..........

Sorry to bring this up back from the dead...but I saw this car driving down Mission Blvd. in Fremont, CA. yesterday. It is confirmed..that the driver of this vehicle..IS!!!! INDIAN!.hahah it was so funny..it was an adult looking indian guy too..with his family. I saw it drive past my windshield and I was like OHH SHIT..that's the infamous TL everyone is talking about on the board! HAHA..aite.

If you're using PS, change the color layer to the "screen" layer option and play with the opacity level. Make another layer from the color layer and keep playing with the layer options, then it'll look more like a real paintjob.

yeh, i use PS. I usually use multiply when doing most car stuff. I messed around with a couple layers on top of each other but i just stopped because of the lighting. Even though I might have gotten it right on the car it didn't match up with the background because of the time of day and I didn't feel like cutting that out to make the adjustments too. It was a quickie though. Thanx for the tips though Ron

looks good, maybe a bit of burn or decrease brightness on your selection to take the edge off so it doesn't look so cartoonish.
