Boardwalk held it's monthly Hot Summer Nights show last night & this turned up. Didn't see who it belonged to, but it had McDavid Certified Pre-Owned tags on it.

hehe yeah. My posts in these "stanced" and "VIP" threads probably are getting annoying to people, but I dont know what it is I just cant stand the look. I have been on the Acura forums for a while now, but im used to my vette forums where people just dont do that kind of shit. I just dont see whats cool about having wheels stick out beyond the fenders, or tires stretched. I promise I will relax a little with my posts in these threads
.
This is what I think of anytime I see a TL with that kind of setup...and no thats not cool looking haha

but i think it can be pulled off if done modestly and with offsets that are just flush with the fender, not sticking out past it.
stretching tires is all personal preference as well, and is a must if you run aggressive offsets. i have 19x9+25 front and 19x9.5+25 rear on 225/35/19's and the stretch is def visible, but the ride comfort is great. i haven't ran into any issues and with the specs listed, everything is 100% flush...not sticking out.
nonetheless, i do agree with you that some of the rides here don't pull off this look well.
^well yeah that is a bit ridiculous AND so are some of the setups on this forum.

Very Clean.
Unless you have a show car that sits in your garage all day its not likely your car is in perfect condition either.
The small dings and scratches are unavoidable if you actually drive the car and gives it character.
Rather than pick at something small applaud the efforts for the vehicle as a whole.
