Thank GOD innocent people weren't hurt by your reckless driving. I'm glad you learned something from this at the cost of only messing up your car.

Ahhhh, Colorado. My great love. I spent four years there (I'm an Air Force Academy Grad). Where you from?!

And yes, I understand. However, I had a big honkin' SUV that I climbed mountains with. But out on the back roads, I slid around in that thing

No one should be bashing him to begin with...everyone on this site has done dumbshit at one time or another. Speed limits are posted on PUBLIC roads for a reason, No one can tell me they drive the speed limit on every street allllll the time. So before anyone goes and points the finger at this dude, point it at yourself also. So everyone needs to keep the "public" street bs to themselves cause no one on here is an angel I'm sure.
Thanks, but yeah I know I never said it was a smart thing to do. I will never be doing this again. Resisted well today with the icy roads today, recording breaking in the Denver area!

Luckily I only have a single payment left for richies exhaust so I should be fine. And luckily the wheels are on their way and not on the car.

That looks like it made you crap your pants when you hit. At least you're alright...

I'd give a lecture but if I had a penny for every time I pulled the ebrake or did some stupid risky shit when I was younger...

PLUS, I still think it's fun.

As far as "in a fwd car" comment...no offense, but I find that funny coming from the guy putting 12" wheels on the back of a fwd car!

lol. just found that ironic.

Does that mean you reside in Littleton as well? Yeah windshield was supposed to be -32 or something like that today.

But screw that, I cannot go to school to be a doctor heh. I am going for accounting

No need for e-brake to drift a TL on snow. ive done it without it but in an open parking lot.

i drift my Forester on empty public roads, but that is a completely different animal. it might as well be a rally car.

anyways, lesson learned OP. shite happens and life goes on.

Looks like I know what roads to avoid now...

Colorado aint that bad, lived here my whole life. Just have to be creative to entertain yourself sometimes, especially in the winter. Guess your version of being creative is a little more expensive than most.
People suck at driving in the snow enough as it is out here, please don't be adding to the danger just to get your thrills. If you wana play in the snow like that, do what others have suggested, and find an empty parking lot. There are plenty around.

Live and learn

staggered setup on a fwd is unconventional. drifting, used in the context of drift racing, is unsafe and almost impossible in fwd. not an ironic statement at all

Glad to see you're ok and learned your lesson without causing too much damage.

You won't get a speech from me, I did some dumb stuff when I was 18-19, thus why I have a reckless driving and exhibition of speed charges on my driving record still. Parents never should have let me buy a Super Charged Frontier right outa high school lol.

Seriously though, glad you're good. Be careful after you get her all fixed up!

I dont pay too much attention to our regions because its so small. I usually am not able to make the meets because they are usually on Saturday and I work all day. But I'll make them meets this summer, cant wait for everything to arrive soon.
