Why do some people post stock pictures of TL? We all know what one looks like in every color available. Heck I can just look in my garage if I wanted to see a stock TL! I know the newbies are excited and want to show off their new ride, but the pictures just don't do anything for me anymore.

Does anyone agree with me that only pictures of mod'd TLs be posted? Just my

 

yes, but sometimes people post a pic after they have spent a lot of time washing and waxing their TL and it looks awesome. also, people are happy, and if no one cares about their stock car then the thread will leave soon.

 

this is the photograph gallery not the "modified TL" thread.

Let people be happy about the fact that they just spent $35k on a gorgeous car. If you don't want to look at them then don't read the thread.

 

They have as much right as modders do. If I spend hours washing a car, I would want to show it off too. Or maybe that got a cool picture, of the car with something in the background. Either way, it is the 3rd Gen TL Photograph Gallery, not a modded forum.

If you don't want to look at stock TL pics, then don't...some of us don't mind, and in fact, like to...pics of a nice looking car are always good to look at, whether it's been shined up, modded, or stock and just sitting in the driveway.

 

I agree with most here. People can post whatever they want to if they're proud of it. Even the modded TL's start to look alike after awhile. There are only so many mods for the TL.

I haven't posted any pics of mine as it's just a plain Jane nbp, but I certainly don't hold it against others for posting pics of their stockers. In fact, I enjoy looking at a nice washed/waxed stock nbp from FL or CA when mine is up here in New England in January covered in slush and salt.

Complaining about stock pics is a lot like complaining about what's on the radio. If you don't like it, just change the channel. That's what I do with gainful's threads.....

 

The photo gallery forum is for ANY pictures of your vehicle, modified or not. kthxbye
