What's up Acurazine! I'm Dark_rican a proud owner of my '05 NBP TL 6spd. I joined the forum a while back when i first bought my TL in 2010 but haven't been surfing it. I'm a huge Honda Prelude guy. Been on prelude/honda forums for the past 10yrs. From NYC but live in VA now. 2yrs ago a young 19yr plumber crashed his van into my daily driven 92 prelude. Totaled it and that's what led me to buying something alot newer. I still own a 94 prelude which was my first car. I also had a 93 prelude i sold. I wanted to say what's up to the community and can't wait to meet new friends on here. Here are a few pictures:

Thanks for the welcome. I wanted a NBP '07 Type S with the taupe interior but only found one in 6spd down in Miami. Too far and too much also. So i got this base '05. It was hard enough to find them in manual transmission yet alone in the colors i wanted.

Welcome dark rican. I am sure the TL is a nice upgrade as I had a '93 VTEC before I got my TL and loved it, especially the manual transmission.

What forum were you Prelude guys on, was it po.com? That was a great and helpful forum too.

Nice!! 93 Vtec huh? I had a 95 vtec that i flipped for a quick profit back in the day. I was on all the prelude forums. I was a Moderator on 92lude, P...Power.com, P..Online.com, P..Zone.com. You can find me all over those fourms. haha

i usually trolled honda tech, 92lude and preludepower. i had a 92 4ws but swapped in a h22 later on.

I've always loved those model Preludes. Very sexy. Welcome to the dark side. The TL is gonna suck your wallet dry faster than all those Preludes combined.

I'm always gonna have my lude. The TL isn't getting anything but a facelift and thats all. I can't be touching performance parts. I already have to complete my Blue Bitch!! My 94 prelude.

Thanks Swoosh... I love working on my ludes. I don't know if the TL will get as much as the preludes got. Only because this is my daily driver. Probably just some cosmetics. I don't need to get the bug.

I think i can say "we got you bish" lol, well what kind of goodies are you looking for? If you just go with cosmetics, the aspec kit is probably the first addition i would do. Accord foglight retrofit, blacked out headlights, type S sidemarkers or tails are common among many of us. Roof and decklid spoiler.


Edit: i saw that you already have the aspec kit. Tint all around

Hahaha... Yea i don't mind cosmetics but not going into performance. I have enough with the prelude. I wanted some fogs from Bruce in NJ but he sold the bumper and fogs that i was interested in. Definitely want some Blacked-out headlights and grill. My Aspec kit and wheels look pretty sweet but the rest would make it just that much sweeter.
