What happened to this TL?
Came across these pics of this 2005 Acura TL on an insurance website....Obviously it was involved in a very bad accident but I really wonder what happened...

















Steering wheel Airbag did not deploy?!?!?!

looks like it rolled over... the front air bag will only deploy if the force of impact is in the front.

hope whoever was in that car survived....that looks bad!

If that's the car I think it is, it's local.

On I-85 south traffic came to a stop. Long line of cars.

A semi coming from behind didn't see the stopped traffic and plowed into about 10 cars. The TL was crushed between the car & semi behind, the cars in front and a guard rail.

Driver walked away with moderate (non-life threatening) injuries.

I am not *positive* this is the same car, but it looks a lot like some of the pics posted at the local dealer. Customer sent them pics and testemonial letter about how the TL saved their life.

the back end looks like it compresses in on both sides...not to mention it got it worst back there...

Looks like someone parked in on a train track, after the train hit it a Semi came through with no brakes and finished it off.

yeah..really..I was thinking of buying the car and that a $200 should leave it looking like new...I don't expect salvaged title either! LOL!

I know...that upset me even more...NBP with Ebony interior and Navigation...(I think)

It only had like 5k miles on it too..what a waste.
