My streak of an otherwise stock TL has ended...

just a few weeks ago, otherwise stock.

and now...

Just lowered it with H&R sports / Koni Yellows. I just got it back, so it will prob settle a little over the next week or so. Still havent put my rear seat back in yet!

then i realized i had these puppies sitting in my basement, so i bolted em up!

new polished burnt Ti shift knob...doesnt take such a good photo while you're driving, heh.

picking up some groceries...sky was neat.

there ya have it... i <3 my TL

That shot with the setting sun is absolutely money.

TE's look great. Clean car. Hopefully you can make it out to a NY/CT area meet some day and I can check the whip out in person...

Edit: You're not the blue rocket of Grafxpressions.com, are you? If so, I'm rocking your Mr. Sparkle decal on my TSX.... haha

NICE.....i remeber when i first got the car. for a WHOLE year istayed stock! after i kept on looking at this site, meh....it was bound to happn! lol. TE's defintely looking good tho. the drop should settle a bit more althought the rear still looks kinda high. i assuming you set the koni's height on the 3rd (middle) perch all around?

Wow very nice looking now im on the fence about getting the H&R sports for my KBP S. Only thing im not digging are the window visor things, but that seems to be the norm now on the acura forums I guess.

yah, window visors are a love it or hate it kind of thing. I really like the look (plus my visit to Japan showed me EVERYONE has them -- so keeping true to my JDM roots i'm leaving them on! -- lol). Those pics were taking as soon as the suspension was done, i think it settled a touch more since then (i've been driving everywhere). Might be about 1 finger gap in the front 1.5 in the rear? The drop is EXACTLY what i was looking for, i daily drive the car so i don't want it slammed.

The alignment this shop did was absolutely perfect, the suspension, along with the volks + GY Eagles + alignment makes this car feel so FUGGING GOOD! So smooth, sharp and it even feels lighter on its feet...

i had to jerry rig something to get it to fit (the auto theads are smaller then the normal honda thread pattern). I shoved a rubbery tube inside the threads of the knob and then screwed it on, it's pretty snug, but not a direct screw on for sure.

^ i will get one soon. more pics to come probably next week, i'm gone for a bachelor party all weekend...

i have the rays black lugs, but they are a bit boring, anyone have any ideas on something a little more fun? i'm not really a fan of open ended lugs.

I'm also going to order the GT Type center caps (red ring with engraved aluminum "VR"). The stock caps are also a little too boring
