WDP TL-S [Tinted, Clayed, Waxed and Sealed]

I had my car tinted last week and this weekend I found time to detail the exterior. Here are some shots of the car.

After 4 hours of detailing:

For those of you who would like to see what the tint looks like from the inside here it is. I framed the picture so that half of it shows the 10% tint while the other half is the windshield.

Just another image that I liked:

I am pretty much content with my first attempt at detailing the car. What pisses me off is that in less the 24 hrs, it started to rain and my car is all dirty again. I need to find a way to get a covered section in my garage.

Thanks for the comments, good to hear some people like it.

sT04Louis: I really want the painted mud guards, but after talking to the dealership, I couldn't get them to switch them for me. Besides, I hopefully will be installing a body kit in the near future.

I am actually located in Downtown Seattle. Let me know if you ever see me around or need some help getting around.

Nice ride man! I know how you feel about the rain. I detailed my car last Friday and it started raining on Saturday night. I live in Bellevue.
I am loving the tint.
Where did you get your tint at? Do you have any issues with your navi because you tinted the back?
Peace.

At least you had Saturday morning to enjoy your washed car, I washed mine saturday morning. lol

I got my tint up north, I will PM you where later. They come highly recommended by a salesperson at the Acura dealer I bought my car at. I called a few different places and they were the only place that carried Moleskin.

I am actually using Madico Onyx tint, at first I was hesitant to use a tint that has metals in it, but after talking to my tint installer, he convinced me that from all the TLs he has installed this tint on, no one has ever had any problems. It has now been 5 days and I still have not seen the slightest of problems.

Clay: Magic Claybar

Sealant: Klasse Sealant Glaze
Detailing Spray: Sonus Acrylic Spritz

Thats it for the first detail, I am planning on trying a few other techniques/products with my next one based on the advise from autopia.org

What product did you use for the interior? I'll list the stuff I bought for my car as soon as I get the chance sometime tomorrow.

I still havent purchased my interior products. I was going to go with Zaino leather care products but I just got hooked up with great deals on Meguair products. I haven't made my decision yet.
