Steven, Steven, Steven...Seriously Steven...Do you really expect the jury to believe that you had a chance to get this and you said no?:

(Crowd goes wild with excitement - gavel banging)

Order! Order in the court I say! I know it looks good, but calm down or I will clear this courtroom! Counselor Ray, you may proceed with the witness...

(Thank you Your Honor!)

No way am I going to believe that Steven! You know what I think? I think you were coerced into that decision! C'mon Steven, we're a family here! Level with us! Do you want to end up like Brett? Rodney? Slammed? They all really believe their car color is better! But you Steven...you haven't had your car long. There is still hope for you! The first step is admitting your true feelings. Get it out Steven, it's the only way we can help. At least you KNOW NBP RULES...and knowing is half the battle...

Come to the Dark side Steven...it is your destiny!!!!
Them there are some hot pics! OK, I'm selling my WDP tomorrow first thing morning and getting myself an NBP.

PSYCHE!

No but seriously, folks, I'll be here all night.

Wow Steven, for some reason I thought you already had an A-spec kit! I will always say that car looks too plain jane without an underbody kit! Makes a big difference man! Are you going to get one soon? Come to think of it, Brett doesn't have one either and I have been telling him the same thing! It would make a big difference in his look if he did!

Don't you agree people?

I'm thinking of getting (at the very least) the front A-spec spoiler/lip, just to make the front end a little more prominent and different from normal TLs...and nicer-looking, too. The only thing that's holding me back from making it a priority is I want to get my rims first, and to be honest with you, I'm not 100% sold on the Lego fit of the A-spec, how it definitely looks like an add-on. I'll probably still get it anyway, though...but definitely after I get my rims.

It only looks like that if you stare at it or stand over it. Most people (who aren't TL owners) don't notice that it is "attached" instead of a part of the bumper. Besides, I already sparked a debate about whether it was better to have or not have the kit. Kit won. Some come on down! You can get that mod for some good prices now too I've heard! Go for it!

Actually I do have one - it's been sitting in my friends garage since before Christmas. I've been waiting on some nice weather and time off to put it on. I don't want to rush it - I've seen a few posts when guys have put them on when it's cold and it ends up leaving gaps because the 3m doesn't bond correctly. I'm waiting on a few days of good warm weather so that stuff will bond correctly.

I was going to do the grill swap and Accord fogs too - that's kinda up in the air - I might just put the Aspec kit on and forget about the fogs for a while.

I think the upper grille trim is too tall for the 06. I definitely know it isn't an exact fit. But come to think of it, I think I saw you on the thread where the guy did the modification to it. Is that true? You cutting it to fit?

THIS SHOULD BE IN THE GRILLE THREAD!!!

LOL - Yeah Crook did it - (this is going waaaay off topic but) the grill is too tall so you do have to slice it in half in order to make it work. Looking at his finished product you would never know the difference. I like the honeycomb look of it......

Even more interesting......I parked next to an older MDX yesterday.....the grill on that sucker looks like a good fit for the TL.

(now where is that grill thread).....

LOL! I'm sure that my co-workers would go so far as to describe me as a "work of art" in that category! But I get the job done, which is all that matters right? We just have the gift and we've got to use it!

Side markers don't take that long to do. You could use that as ammo to rag on his modding skills.

Wait what am I doing helping out an ASM against an NBP!

I'm going to be making a web page with all the photos, because I took about 40 total. Here's are a few just for fun (click to open in a new window):
