NBP and WDP are both amazing colors....

Can't go wrong with either...

Except white is easier to maintain since you cannot see scratches as easy as black.

But if i had to choose who's cars look better in those pictures...I gotta go with the NBPs.....the WDPs are sick too...but the NBPs look nicer in those pics.

Damn Ray, about time you joined the dark side. I knew you always wanted a black car ever since you saw mine.

BTW, you should donate that green thing you called your car or give it to the wifey.

Oh and nice 3G!

WDP wins, black is hot as well but a pain in the ass to keep that mirror look, then you can see every ding and dent, marks ect ect. BTW to the "thats why chicks drive WDP" nope thats why chicks drive jettas and GTI's ever color except white. When a girl see's a nice WDP TL she would jump on the door and start rubbing all over it LOL!

I think we have more WDP cars in then any other color. I could be wrong.

Obviously he felt the need to explain. This shows that he really thinks NBP is the winner but is in self denial.

My contribution
Isn't too hard to keep up here in Vegas. All I did in this pic was dust it with my california duster. I think it was washed one or two weeks before i took this pic.

(I dont know why that cleaner is in the pic, I never even used it. haha)

I could have been in a Meguiar's commercial today: I used their car wash, their Gold Class wax, and their tire cleaner. I tried this new stuff today for the first time called Hot Shine™ High Gloss Tire Coating. It's actually a spray-on, which I inherently despise because of overspray, but the last stuff I was using was just awful. I was using Eagle One gel for the past six months or so because I can't seem to find the Meguiar's gel anywhere anymore. I sprayed this new stuff on and it appears to apply itself very well and leaves a nice, shiny tire. Not too much overspray either.

I use that stuff too Brett - I like the way your can dial up your spray L - M - H..........Overspray isn't an issue - I have this plastic shield I found online which you hold over your rim while you spray.

Hot Shine lasts quite a while too - even through the rain

Nice! Well that's something for me to look forward to once the rain starts up again. With any luck, we're done with that here for now. I'd like to see what that plastic shield is all about, just for kicks.

For you my friend.....

http://www.autogeek.net/wheelshield.html

An inexpensive, time saving trick that the pros use!

Like glossy, dressed tires, but hate messy overspray on your wheels? Hats off to the guy that came up with The Wheel Shield for making tire dressing application less messy. If you use a spray dressing, this is a must! Nothing more than a circular plastic disc, with precise tire diameters clearly marked, it’s inexpensive but infinitely useful. Cut along the line to tailor it to 17, 16, 15, 14, or 13” wheels. A handle in the center makes it easy to hold against your wheel as you apply tire dressing. Remove the wheel shield to reveal beautifully dressed tires and spotless wheels.

You know what? It doesn't matter...

You can try washing, claying, waxing, cleaning your wheels, scrubbing and dressing your tires...but in the end...you still get...

SSM, ASM, KBP, or worse - WDP...

Just give it up...no matter how much you clean it, it'll never be...

^ ouch, man!

That's a sweet picture, though. It looks like a TL is parked in front of a drive-in movie screen. Madness! Too bad both of those TLs are NBP. It kind of ruins what would have been a great picture.

You likes???

I specifically did that for you Brett because you said once that my car looks like it should be in a movie! So I tried to do a pic that looks like an onscreen action sequence! Looks pretty cool I think! Came out better than I thought it would! I used my 32in LCD TV in my bedroom for that shot! Model ala Supercomputers of course!

Ha! Very funny. I was actually already asleep (or close to it) at that time, but if you don't "quit" the internet browser (Mac OS X), then anything you visited that day, you'll still be "logged on." I usually leave my browser on all the time, even when I close up the laptop for the night. So I wasn't actually on and watching.

But I am on now, and now I have come up with something. Stay tuned while I head out of here for a workout.

I wonder what the percentage of TLs are NBP and WDP. I'd be willing to bet that the two silver colors outnumber us both. Food for thought for the next couple hours.

I don't know if they do or not, but it is hard as hell to keep NBP clean, so I would wager that factors into it! I am about to go wash mine now, but it is supposed to storm tomorrow. Then be sunny for about 10 days after so I gotta do it again on Tuesday, maybe Wednesday morning.

The saga continues...but like Brandy, I wanna be down!

^-- Lol, same diff

My first choice of car was the RBP with the two tone quartz interior, but they sold it an hour before I got there. Then the Dark side pulled me in with that camel interior.

Nice combo - I didn't have a huge color choice last October - there were only 6 TL's left. As it was the one I had originaly picked out was vandalized overnight - suckers ripped the headlights out of it before I could do delivery.

The NBP was a consideration but knowing the color was high maintenance I opted for ASM. Still happy :-)

Steven, Steven, Steven...Seriously Steven...Do you really expect the jury to believe that you had a chance to get this and you said no?:

(Crowd goes wild with excitement - gavel banging)

Order! Order in the court I say! I know it looks good, but calm down or I will clear this courtroom! Counselor Ray, you may proceed with the witness...

(Thank you Your Honor!)

No way am I going to believe that Steven! You know what I think? I think you were coerced into that decision! C'mon Steven, we're a family here! Level with us! Do you want to end up like Brett? Rodney? Slammed? They all really believe their car color is better! But you Steven...you haven't had your car long. There is still hope for you! The first step is admitting your true feelings. Get it out Steven, it's the only way we can help. At least you KNOW NBP RULES...and knowing is half the battle...

Come to the Dark side Steven...it is your destiny!!!!

Until then let the power of ASM be with you ........
