WDP on 19" Volk TE37

Here's a few picture of my TL, I've had the rims for almost a month now and just barely took some picture, I'll take some video of the car in motion later this week... I'm not really feeling the wheels though, I might sell it and get some gold TE37 with the chrome lip... Give me some opinion

The image are very big, after you click on the thumbnail, it will take you to a new page... click on the picture again to see the original size of the pic.

It's at a 2" drop right now on some Tein Coilovers.
They do come in gunmetal... you can actually get them in any color you like.

yes the TE-37 comes in gun metal but hell you could take them to any good wheel shop and have them painted the exact color of your car if you wanted(not saying you should do that datplayaz) cuz wdp with wdp rims would look like my ass crack.

I'm goijng with my original statement to get rid of those bronze and get gun metal te-37's with polished lip. you'd be killen um

by the way, how bad is your negative camber being lowered to what looks like a one to no finger gap all the way around? I had my 97 Prelude lowered about like that and I ran thru tires every 20k miles

I'm not feeling the gun metal color either... My camber was way off, when my car was lowered all the way and I was driving it for about 3 week, it totally ate up my tires... But I have a camber kit on there now, so no problems.....

Now your TL looks completed with the 19's!! Nice choice in rims. I understand my lowering is very similiar to yours and with no finger gap up front and rear. So my question is any rubbing issues for the rear and what offset did you get? Also did you get rear camber kits? One more question is how are those G-Force Tires??

Looking good dude and take some more pics in different angles!!

For some reason, mine was rubbing... said that his didn't rub with the 19's, so I raised my car up 1/2" right now it's fine, but I cut up my tires on the very first day...but the tires are great, I'm really likeing them, very good traction. I have the Ingalls camber kit for front and rear... it helps out a lot everytime I decide to raise or lower my car.

What is the offset?? Maybe it is because you have 35mm offset??

Lokius: I'm fully aware of what the TL can look like, I have one myself... It's just that it can't do what I want it to do.

blk_tl: I got them for $2400 for just the rims... and another $800 for the tires.

Yeah I know, do what you like with your car and best of luck. I just hope that you appreciate the capability of the car. but of course if your going a different way, then do it. What other car are we talkin about?

My girl just got a 94 Supra... So i'm trying to see what I can do with a Supra, even though it's still not what I wanted.

I'm not digging the wheels either. I just don't get the dark wheel concept. Makes the car look like a vehicle off of "The road warrior". To each their own I guess.

When you order from Volks, you can get almost any kind of offset you want.

I also think WDP looks best with satin or gunmetal color wheels.

Dang Eric... haven't seen you around on the board forever, what's new? I want to do all those things to the car... but i'm ready for a new car, I'm almost done paying off this car. I'm waiting for this one particular car to come out. I already ordered the Double sided CF hood for it, and I might get the UR pulley for it.

Definitely get us some pics once you have the versus motorsports CF hood installed. I am curious as to what notch of quality we're lookin at with that product.
