Wash->Clay Bar->Polish->Waxing on a beautiful day.

I must say, when a WDP tl is freshend up like this, i think it could be the nicest TL color out there.
4 Hours of work is def. worth it.

Day was beautiful up here in NJ. id say low 90s high 80s.

very satisfied with Turtle Waxes polishing compound and wax.

and this one really shows the definition.

Mmmm, I'm gonna have to disagree on this one. Don't get me wrong, your car looks great but WDP looks no different from a regular car wash to a full waxing job, since WDP doesn't shine as an NBP does.

Nice! The pictures don't really show, but I know that when WDP is polished and waxed, it really does stands out.

yeah front two not tinted, had a thread on the story. long story short. roadside inspection. got pulled over, nailed for tints, got inspected on the spot, failed for those bad boys. only way to pass was take them off.

After doing the whole 9 yards on my WDP, you have to be up close to really see the pearl and how nice it looks in the sun...very hard to capture the cleanliness unlike NBP which is stunning when done right.

None the less, great job. Buy a bottle of quick detailer, and every few days spray it on and clean off all the pollen and any other road dirt. Keeps the car cleaner for longer!

Word. NBP is the most noticeable when freshly detailed. OP- your car looks awesome though.

Try getting a SSM to shine...haha right.

xJxCx05,

It is difficult to tell in the pics since white is one of the hardest colors to photograph but I hope you did not really use Turtle Wax Compound (paste) on your soft Acura paint. I will guarantee that your paint has some pretty good marring now. Check out your paint under direct sunlight or a good halogen and look for hazing and/or scratches. There are a few select OTC detail products that are worthy and Turtle Wax is usually not one of them. Try checking out the Wash and Wax forum for proper detail products and techniques for maintaining your finish.
