Warning Not For The Fainthearted!!!!
I know I may have over exaggerated the title but till the situation pisses me off. Check this out. I got a 2007 Alabaster Silver Metallic TL-S in late November it only had 2333 miles to be exact, completely love the car, as a mater of fact about to 3 weeks ago I actually felt how good the drivers seat feels. I know that might sound weird but I had a back surgery in August and I am having to wear an orthopedic back brace but that’s beyond the point here.
Two weeks(Jan. 22) ago I get a call; it’s from my younger brother asking if I could pick him up from school right so I go, all good. Coming out of the student parking lot the exit has two lanes one that turns right and one that turns left. So here it is there is a blue Scion tC in the left lane obviously to make a left turn. So I pull up in the right side obviously to turn right when all of a sudden the little trick in the tC decides to turn right with out even glance all she had to do was LOOK………
And this happens………

somethin like that happened to me, i went to drop something for my sister at skool and when im leaving the parking lot, someone was about to take my place, and this girl comes out at like 30 mph(in a skool parking lot) over takes the waiting guy and whacks the shit outta my car, like i was about to start crying, but her car was messed up too, she had a jetta and a PAPER licence, so the insurance told her it was her fault, 7000 in damages, i was so pissed, but its all good, i got my baby back a couple weeks later, as long as ur ok, dont trip cuz cars can be replaced, lives cant =)

the way I feel right now I would have been cursing up a storm. She would had to catch me on a really really good day or start crying. New car, no oil change, 35K+......[breath...stretch....annnnnnnd....shake...]

You're not over-exaggerating at all! That is SIGNIFICANT damage done by someone who was completely oblivious to the law and to the fact that... I dunno... THAT THERE WAS A CAR RIGHT NEXT TO HER!
I hope she loses her license JUST for being STUPID!
I'd have gone completely, totally, apesh!t on her, too!

Hope they treat you better than they treated me
OK
past summer i was driving alonga road near my house when a little girl pulls out right in front of me. (She had a stop sign, I did not, obviously i had the right of way)
My truck was not damaged as I have a grill guard (just the rubber messed up a little in one spot)
Her car was not damaged from the impact (other than a little rubber on the left rear quarter panel - Which goo gone would rub right out)
All the damage to her car was from her continuing across the intersection down a dip & moving a concrete manhole top (the tow truck ripped of her entire front bumper when pulling the car out)
The cops (I called them) cited her for failure to yield
In addition it was noted that she was only 16
Her insurance company filed for arbitration & WON! arbitration decided that I was 35% at fault.
I still use an inflatable donut to sit down with how badly i was raped on that deal:-(
