from the looks of it, it looks like he had to get the 14" bbk's since he has a Type-S. Thats the only one that would fit on the Type-S.

i'm trying man... lurking around this forum doesn't help. i keep
seeing sh*t that everyone else has on their TL and i ended up getting it.
well, not everything but the stuff i like.

yes sir, 19x10.5 with a +42 offset... trust me i was tossing and turning
every night thinking that these would not fit but i did my homework and measured... measured... and measured over and over until the rims actually
showed up from tirerack and i did the test fitment. as you can see... you can
put a 10 1/2 wheel on the rears with the correct offset. i would'nt go lower than a +40 offset on a 10.5 width wheel tho.

i got the Volk TE37s after seeing your ride with the bronze TE37s. i had to "bite"

i'm still going thru the recommended break-in period but YES! the brake pedal feels firmer and i have more confidence in these but i believe the tires (Toyo T1R) helps with braking too. the Rotora brakes really "bite" and once i get thru the break in period it will only get better. i must have done it right because i'm getting no vibrations. i'm very happy with the Rotora BBK.

thanks! i really thought the shots didn't come out so great. yeah, today this 5 series BMW had black Volk TE37s on at Best Buy. my ride looked better... nah just playing... it was because his car was dirty and i had given the g-ride a wash earlier today.

you know i was looking at yours too... and i was kinda disappointed in my setup because you calipers seem to be a nicer blue. it must be the pictures.

it was the only place on Ft. Lewis to take pictures without being distracted and it was secluded. it was hard to do this tho because it was raining and to me it was cold. i took some shots several months ago over the logistic area on Ft. Lewis and the MPs showed up thinking i was taking pics of the buildings.

yeah, the non-brembo TL Rotora BBK is a smaller rotor diameter as well.

Just did a rolled... no pulling unless the guy was doing a pull that i wasn't aware of. but high offset made a big difference. anything below 40mm the wheels would sticker further out. also, TireRack had these wheels in stock and on sale at their Nevada location. Got these bad boys in 5 days compared to others who had to wait weeks... or even months...

I went with the 19x8.5 (29mm offset) & 19x10.5 (42mm offset) because TireRack.com had it in stock and ready to ship. Also, I went with a setup (fronts) that wouldn't give me any problems with fitment. I did not have the fronts rolled. Also, I knew with my AXIS (EXE Konvex) wheels were also 19x8.5 with a 33mm offset so fitment wouldn't be a problem.

I'd stick with a 19x8.5 size... you don't want to end up with wheels that
will have problems. I took a big gamble on the rears and luckily it worked out. Like Apexilude stated I took this to a new level.

I say to Rodney... go for it! Just don't go below 40mm and run slight negative camber.

I love the wheels and everything else besides that front lip. I dont know why but 04-06 a-spec is the better looking front end. This just looks glued on there as if it doesnt belong.
